The story behind Pine Adman

During my time training as a dietitian, I worked with young people facing health challenges, from obesity to anorexia. One day, I met a 15-year-old girl who couldn't walk due to her weight. She told me how out of place she felt in the world. Her words struck a chord.

I started asking: Why isn't learning about healthy eating fun and engaging? Big brands make cereals and sweets look fun, but when did you last see a catchy ad about a vegetable?

That's when I decided to make healthy eating enjoyable and interesting. And so, the Pine Adman Project was born. I can't wait to share more about this journey with you.

Are you troubled by the increasing rates of eating disorders, childhood obesity, and the health complications tied to processed foods? You're not alone in your concern.
